How often are the exchange rates updated?
Actively-traded currencies reprice roughly every 60 seconds through the trading week. The rest follow the ECB daily reference fix, updated once per business day. Every conversion is labeled with which kind of rate it used.
Are these rates official or good for settlement?
No. Rates are indicative, aggregated market data and public reference rates, meant for quick estimates. They are not an official settlement rate, and this is not financial or investment advice.
Can I use these rates in my own application?
