Methodology
The six-currency reconstruction is heavily influenced by EUR because its published exponent is 57.6%. The EXR index spreads weight evenly across 13 currencies and includes developed and emerging-market currencies absent from that basket.
The comparison chart normalizes both series to 100 at the first shared point. This compares movement rather than absolute index levels; the original endpoint values remain available in the table and API.
