Frequently asked questions

Are these rates suitable for settlement or trading?

No. These are indicative rates for reference, display, and analysis. Do not use them for FX settlement, payment processing, or regulated trading. Every response includes this disclosure.

Do higher tiers get fresher rates?

Free and keyless callers get rates 15 minutes late; Basic, Plus and Pro get them live. All use the same feed. ECB daily fixes are not delayed. Plus and Pro add WebSocket delivery.

What counts as a call?

One HTTP request = one call. The batch /v1/convert POST counts each pair as one call, up to 100 pairs per request. A CSV or Parquet export from /v1/range counts as a single call.

Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?

Yes. Open the billing portal from your dashboard to change or cancel your plan. The portal shows when the change takes effect. Annual plans are not guaranteed a prorated refund.
